RESERVATION FEES: All reservations requested for accommodation, flights and land services are required to guarantee US$20.00 per booking.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation fee will be applied for confirmed arrangements as following:
FIT Cancellation should be advised at least 21-14 days prior to arrival
GROUP cancellation should be advised at least 30-21 days prior to arrival.
No-show charge will be based on 100% of final tour
price

PROGRAM CHANGES:
Lao Women’s Union Tour reserves the right to modify or re-arrange of any original tour program or to cancel or substitute any element of tour itinerary without notice when local situation conditions require such changes as well as due to schedule flights, which may change according to weather condition of such period

PAYMENT: You are requested to transfer around 30% of final tour price at least 01(one) week prior to your arrival Laos in order to secure all of your arrangement including hotel reservation, flight and other land services on the following bank account details.
